SHIPPING & DELIVERY.

Everything ANTRIX STUDIOZ sells is digital. We do not ship any physical goods, so there are no shipping charges and no delivery address is needed. This page explains how and when you receive what you buy.

1. Plugins, sound packs, presets and courses

• Products are delivered online in My Purchases on antrixstudioz.com (and in the Artist Portal library), as download buttons for each file.
• Free products are unlocked instantly.
• Paid products are unlocked as soon as your payment is confirmed: instantly for online payments, and usually within a few hours (at most 24 hours) when you pay the studio directly by UPI or bank transfer.
• You will also find your payment receipt and your license certificate in My Purchases.
• Downloads stay available in your account, so you can download them again later. If we release an updated version of a file, the new version appears in the same place.
• Large files are sent in parts by your browser automatically; a stable internet connection is recommended.

2. Custom music services

• Music production, mixing and mastering are delivered as audio files (for example WAV and, where included, stems), shared through a secure download link, email or WhatsApp.
• The delivery timeline is agreed with you before work starts and depends on the package and the project. You will get drafts for review, and the final files after the agreed revisions.
• Exclusive licenses are issued as a sealed PDF in your Artist Portal account after the license fee is paid in full.

3. If something doesn't arrive

If your order isn't unlocked within 24 hours of paying, or a download doesn't work, contact us with your order ID at [email protected] or on WhatsApp +91 96380 88930. We will fix it promptly. See also our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
