PRODUCT LICENSE.

This license applies to every plugin, sound pack, preset, course and other digital product you get from the ANTRIX STUDIOZ Shop at antrixstudioz.com, whether paid or free. ANTRIX STUDIOZ is the music studio of Dev AaGaya, Surat, Gujarat, India ("we", "us"). You ("you", the "Licensee") accept this license by ticking the agreement box when you order. The version and time you accepted are recorded with your order.

1. The license we grant

When your order is unlocked (after payment is confirmed, or straight away for free products), we grant you a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, non-transferable, single-user license to use the product on the terms below. Your license is linked to your ANTRIX STUDIOZ account, and its certificate can be downloaded from My Purchases.

2. Plugins and software

• You may install and use the plugin on computers that you personally own or use, for your own music and audio work, including commercial releases. You keep all rights to the music you make with it.
• Only you may use it. Don't share your account, installers, license files or activation with anyone.
• If a product uses online activation, the number of computers allowed is shown on its product page. You can move your license to a new computer by deactivating an old one.
• Don't copy, crack, modify, decompile or reverse-engineer the software, remove its protection, or make it available to others in any form.
• Updates, if any, are provided to existing owners at our discretion. A new major version may be sold as a separate product or a paid upgrade; this will always be clearly stated.
• Check the system requirements (Windows / Mac, VST3 / AU / Standalone) on the product page before you buy.

3. Sound packs, samples and presets

• Royalty-free use in your music: you may use the sounds in your own songs, beats, productions, videos, live shows, film, TV, games and adverts, and release, stream, sell and monetize that work, without paying us anything more. Credit is welcome but not required.
• The sounds must be part of a new musical work. You may not sell, share, give away or upload the samples or presets themselves, alone or in another sample pack, library, preset bank, construction kit or loop pack, even if you edit them.
• Content ID: you may register your finished song with YouTube Content ID or similar systems, but you must not register the samples themselves, or a track made mainly of our loops, in a way that could claim other users' music.
• Beats made with our sounds may be leased or sold as beats. A beat that is mostly our loops with little added must not be sold as an "exclusive".
• Don't use the sounds to train or build AI or machine-learning models or datasets.

4. Courses and lessons

• Courses are for your personal learning only, through your own account.
• Don't share your login or course files, and don't record, download (unless a download is provided), copy, re-upload, stream or resell any lesson, video or material.
• Don't use course content to create or teach a competing course, or present it as your own.
• You may use the skills and techniques you learn in your own music, freely.

5. Ownership

All products, including the software, sounds, presets, videos and documents, remain the property of ANTRIX STUDIOZ (or its licensors) and are protected by copyright law. Everything not expressly granted to you in this license is reserved.

6. Ending the license

• If you break this license, we may end it by notice and disable your access. You must then stop using the product and delete all copies. Music you released before then, in line with this license, is not affected.
• If a payment is reversed or charged back, the license for that order ends and the order is cancelled.
• Copies that are shared or resold without permission may be traced to the original account through the product's license details, and we may take legal action, including copyright takedown requests.

7. Refunds

Because digital products can't be returned, sales are final. See the Refund & Cancellation Policy for full details and the exceptions (such as duplicate payments).

8. Warranty and liability

We test our products carefully. If a file is faulty or doesn't work as described on supported systems, tell us and we will fix or replace it. Products are otherwise provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim about a product is limited to the price you paid for it.

9. Law

This license is governed by the laws of India. The courts at Surat, Gujarat have exclusive jurisdiction. It works together with our Terms of Service; if they conflict on a product matter, this license applies.
